I realized I don't have very many drawings up here, so I thought I'd post this.

Pretty simple, I know. Mostly, this was just me trying to reteach myself how to use colored pencils. I really think the flower ended up with a good deal of depth to it, though - which I liked.

Any comments or suggestions on things I could do to improve my pencilwork are, as always, very welcome. Thanks!

The soft tones in the shading are excellent! Did you use pastel-pencils for this?

Prismacolor colored pencils. My first work with them in... well, since high school. Wow, has it been over 10 years since I graduated high school? I'm gettin' old. Thanks.
